What are Reformulated Green Fuels? (Low-Emission Fuels)

Reformulated fuels are fuels that are created to cut harmful pollutions. Our "designer organic fuels " are formulated to cut emissions such as hydrocarbon (HC), Carbon Monoxide (CO), Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and especially both the harzardous NOx (Nitrogen Oxides) and particulate matters (PM).

The very high oxygen content in our organic oxygenates help the fossil base fuel burn efficiently and produce more power to the engines. By adding organic oxygenates to the base fuel, the new " low-emission fuel " will achieve cleaner combustion, resulting in overall total fuel savings and less emissions.

Fuels reformulated with our technology contain high levels of organic substance which increases the fuel's lubricity. This makes engines run smoother. The organic content in our formula also lubricates and cleans engines in the long run, by dissolving carbon deposits.

Our low-emission fuels reduces combustion temperature peaks, thus lowering the engine's temperature. This directly cuts levels of Nitrogen Oxides (NO2 & NO) emissions and PM(particulate matter) simultaneously.

Test results with a public-listed mass transit company in Singapore, showed drastic cuts in emissions such as CO2, CO, NOX and PM. More surprisingly was the huge difference of NOX emission when compared to ULSD (Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel) running on the same vehicle. Our reformulated diesel fuel blend recorded up to 47% lower NOX emission as compared to ULSD.

Reformulated green fuels does not require any engine modification and works just like any regular fossil diesel or gasoline.

As for performance with engines using our reformulated green diesel, dynamometer tests showed that there was no deterioration of power whatsoever as compared to the same engine running on ULSD.

Our technology can be used not only for emission controls, but also for improving engine power and performance and to significantly save on fuel consumption.
