How To Engine Flush With Ecozoil's Engine Flushing Fluid.
ECF72 is poured into the engine and flushed twice, at 15 minute intervals each.
Sludge, carbon deposits, metal dust and harmful particles, all flushed out from the engine.
How to Flush Your Engine With ECF72
Step 1 – Unplug the drain-plug from below of the engine crankcase and drain out the old engine oil
into a container. Plug back the drain-plug after emptying the crankcase. Or vacuum out the dirty
engine oil from the crankcase by using vacuum oil pump system.
Step 2 – Fill in ECF72 into engine up to approximately half the
crankcase level. Use the dip-stick to measure the flushing fluid level.
Step 3 – Start the engine and run at idle speed for approximately 10-15 minutes for the flushing
fluid to circulate throughout the engine oil passages to remove and disperse the oxides and sludge
into the crankcase.
Step 4 – Shutdown the engine and drain out the dirty flushing fluid from the crankcase or vacuum
out the dirty flushing fluid.
Step 5 – Plug back the drain-plug of the crankcase. Fill in all the balance of the ECF72 into the engine up to half the fill level of the crankcase for final rinse procedure.
Step 6 – Start the engine and run at idle speed for approximately 5-10 minutes. The flushing fluid
will circulate and rinse out the dirty flushing fluid from the oil passages. Stop the engine and drain
out the dirty fluid.
Step 7 – Remove the old oil-filter and rinse off the filter casing and replace with new oil filter. Fill
in the new lubrication oil accordingly.
